My approach is collaborative and client centered. I place great value on the therapeutic relationship and creating a safe space where you can bring up past and present themes and experiences. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Family of Origin, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment theories. I am trauma informed, as well as Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Fees:

• Initial Assessment: $200

• Individual Session: $150

• Family and Couples Sessions: $175

I am in network with a few major insurances including BCBS, Premera, Regence, Molina, Lifewise and First Choice. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage and benefits, including deductible, coinsurance, and copays.

I am a Washington State approved supervisor and I enjoy working with those who are working towards their LMFT or LMHC and desire to have a systems perspective and/or want to work with children, teens, and families. My approach is Systems oriented, and reflective in nature. Please reach out if you are interested in working together!

Supervision Fees:

• Individual supervision (one or two people), 60 minutes - $150 for one person, $75 each for two people

• Group Supervision (three to five people), 90 minutes - $75 per person
